After
25 years of practicing law in both law firm and in-house counsel
settings, Doug is now enjoying a more personal and flexible practice as
a sole practitioner in Mill Creek. Academically, he graduated from law school in the top 3% of his class and was an editor on the law review. His
experience has included everything from drafting and negotiating all
kinds of contracts, to complex estate planning, to successful
litigation - including a six-month jury trial. His
primary areas of practice are: Business and Estate Planning;
Construction, Real Estate and Environmental Law; and General Civil
Litigation.
